Thursday in Union Il.

We arrived yesterday afternoon from Sandwich, we are staying until tomorrow at the Chicago Northwest Koa in Union. IT is a pretty place with it’s own theater, miniature golf , pool, and tons of stuff to do, I got a nice pull through spot, today I went to the Illinois Railroad Museum. I would venture to say it is the largest of the museums I have been too, Thoroughly enjoyed my visit, the girl in the ticket booth when she found  out I was a disabled veteran told me to put my money away and gave me a free admission.God love these country girls. This museum is a first class operation. Here are some flicks.

This museum has a lot of rare equipment. Really worth the time to visit , I ‘m lucky when we get up to Scranton I can go to Steamtown Nat’l Park. Donna just stayed back at the fiver and relaxed, this is what I am looking forward to on this vacation, Some days that are do nothing, just lay around and maybe soak in the pool relation days. That’s about it for today, tomorrow we will leave and head for Delaware Oh. where my nephews Son s having a graduation party. Everybody be safe out there. Sam & Donna……..
