Got up to 12 Degree’s today. Since I don’t have a way to plug my truck in, I went out and fired it up it started just fine. I let it run for about 30 minutes and then my cousin Sam came over so we went in and had coffee, He wanted to say see ya later. After he left I went to the store and picked up the pizza shells I ordered and put the box in the back of the truck since it will be in the teens all the way home they will be frozen and I can put them in the deep freeze at home until I want a PA style square crust. Stopped and filled with Diesel, so I am ready for the road now..
My truck, this morning, it just look’s cold…
I will be posting this earlier today as I am pretty much packed and I will be putting the laptop in the case right after supper, I plan on an early bedtime and up at 04:30am and pack the rest of the stuff and be on the road at 05:30am.
Not much else to post now, Donna, I will be posting when I stop tomorrow for the night, I hope that will be in eastern Indiana barring any major bad weather. Miss You All.
Be safe out there. Sam & Donna….
That's great Sam, glad to see you're all ready to roll in the morning! Drive safely and you'll be home before you know it!
ReplyDeleteSam as you always close your post, BE SAFE OUT THERE!
ReplyDeleteHave a great trip home Sam. Since you are taking the "Southern" route, I suppose you don't want to stop here in Minnesota and pick up some snow.
ReplyDeleteYou may have to shake us to get us up by 4"30AM, but we will be in the truck on time....We don't have to ride in the truck bed with the pizza crusts do we...? If we do, I'm packing some sausage and cheese so I can snack on them...
ReplyDeleteDrive safely Sam. Hope the weather holds out for you and you don't have any unforseen problems. Whiskey wants you to say hi to Riggs and Saddie for her. Hope everyone is well and I am sure you can't wait to see Adam this weekend.

ReplyDeleteJust wanted to let you know that I am fine and did great on my first full day of being "solo". Michelle came over a little while ago to bring back the camera and to help take out the garbage because I had to clean the refrigerated. Found some very old hamburger lol. Hope your journey went well today. Love ya, Wendy
