We got an early start at about 09:30AM and headed for NAS Pensacola to see the Naval Aviation Museum.
The museum itself was fabulous, Sam was like a kid in a candy store, surrounded by the old aircraft he remembers from his Navy days. His only disappointment was they did not have an H2 like he flew on display.

After spending most of the day we went back to the campground but not before having to stop here.

Tomorrow we will be heading to my niece Tammy’s in Saucier Ms. it will be a short travel day.

ReplyDeleteWhen we were staying at the Summerdale, AL Escapees Park we went over to the museum twice. Probably still did not see enough.
