Wednesday Musings.

Well not quite as cold today we will have a high of 34 degree’s. Look’s like Dardenne Prairie is about the same. Not much going on I made a run to Big Lot’s today and bought a set of tree lights for two dollars, it just needed one more set to balance it out and my sister said it does look better. I was hoping it just wasn’t me but it had a bare spot in my eyes.
Look’s like the rest of the country is still colder than normal. I hope it comes up so all the snowbirds won’t be freezing.
I guess I am getting my hopes up for a good report for Wendy tomorrow as I sure would like head west next week, I can only  hope. I just miss the family and I look forward to my own bed. The drive isn’t so bad, but I will probably do what I did on the way out and leave in the predawn hours 6:00AM and then drive about 12 or 13 hours and stop at a trucker motel, for a meal and nap and leave at 06:00am and be back before noon on the second day.
I can only pray that there is no snow or bad driving on the way back, although I-80 in western PA and I-76-71 in northern OH might still have some from last weeks blizzard, the roads should be all clear by now. Once I get south on I-70 it should be clear sailing.
Maybe next week some of the bloggers that live in that area or have just passed through can give me some foresight. December is always a crapshoot when it comes to storms.
Hope everyone is having a good day and getting ready for the holidays. Be safe out there. Sam & Donna…
