Was up at 04:30AM with my pretty bride for coffee, it was 37 degrees quite a bit warmer, then the last few mornings in the teens.
Rigg’s and I got a nap until about 07:30AM when I went in the kitchen I looked out back and it was snowing, I looked at the temperature and it had dropped to 33 degrees, Now we are looking at 3 to 6 inches of snow today and tonight.
First snow of the winter here in Dardenne Prairie.
Rigg’s was loving it, he didn’t want to come in until he was soaking wet.
Donna had to work at the truck company, but she will be off at the restaurant unless one of the young girls working there wants a night off to party, You just never know. Of course I remember for many years we would go out to a dinner dance with friends and neighbors and party until 01:00AM.
Those days are over, now Adam comes over to our house and watches the new Year come in from here, and his Dad will probably shoot a few rounds off in the back yard to celebrate.
Tammy will be going to a cousins house for a week or so I hope she comes back before flying back to Mississippi.
My son Andy & his Girlfriend Samantha made a grocery run just as the snow was starting to cover the roads, so we are set and won’t have to go out for a few days.
Poor Buddy, Tammy’s dog will be lonesome for his doggie buddies when he leaves, he is getting used to having Sadie and Rigg’s around, especially Sadie, and he likes running around and jumping up on the beds.
Hope everyone has a great New Years Eve and has plenty to celebrate in the coming New Year. From our House to your have a great Holiday and a great New Year. Be safe out there. Sam & Donna…..
We hope that you and your family has a safe and wonderful new year! Stay warm.
