Sunday Notes.

Was up at 06:00AM and and coffee with my pretty bride, She had to go in this morning to the restaurant. Made plans with Adam & Nicole to do something today, they are both off school tomorrow. So about 11:00AM we headed out to Planet Fun where they can play and run and climb ad just have fun with a bunch of other kid’s, This is getting to be a regular thing for them and hey really enjoy it. This time I brought my laptop and that is where I am posting from. Last time we were here I saw a Lady with and Ipad and she told me they had free Wi-Fi, so now I have something to do while the kid’s are playing a good way for the hours to go by.
Andy and his girlfriend went somewhere today for the day, So Grandpa was in charge, meaning , he didn’t have any adult supervision either. so this was a great getaway for the day.
It got really cold today and the high will only be 30 degrees.
That’s about it for today, Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Be safe out there. Sam & Donna……

  1. Isn't it sooo fun when we old farts don't have any adult supervision???

  2. Fun day for you, Sam. Stay warm, and try to catch a little of that Raiders game. That will make you feel warmer, since it's supposed to be windy and cold there for the game against the Ravens. Always like to watch those games from a warm place. Enjoy your day.

  3. oops, did I make a big mistake and say "Raiders" game...gadzooks, NO...it's the Patriots who will be playing in the cold against the Ravens today. Tom Brady all bundled up, should be something to see!

  4. That sound way too cold for comfort, Sam. One of these years, soon, you guys have to head for some winter sun and warm weather.

  5. Pretty cold here too in central Pennsylvania, about at those same temperatures as you're having.

  6. Only Grandpa supervision today? Sure sounds like fun to me.

  7. Ya, who in the heck need any adult supervision anyhow!! Adults are boring!!!

I meant to tellyou the other day that I had one of those Lionel trains when I was a kid, my brother got it after me. That thing was neat,,,it was a steam engine and I could drop a little pill down the smoke stack and it would smoke just like a real engine....It would sometimes blow a smoke ring!! Unbelievable that I would remember that....Sure wish I had that thing now,,,I have no idea what happened to it....Thanks for the memories!!
