Up early and my morning coffee with my bride. She was then off to the truck company.
I did a couple of loads of laundry and got it folded and put away, Then I went out and moved the trailer into the area where we trimmed so we could leave the slide out extended, and get to looking at what has to be done to the floor.
The sun was out all day but it only got up to 77 degrees and will be in the 50’s tonight, have have the house opened up and fresh air and the attic fan going during the hottest hours of the day, it will cool right down as the sun goes down, no air conditioner needed.
Been having trouble with John Deere the last couple of times I had it out, he would run awhile and then quit, and then when you waited a few minutes it would start right up and run again just fine. Usually it would only do it once and that it. Well yesterday I discovered the cause, The fuel cap has a pinhole on the top of it to vent the tank, evidently this hole was plugged and the tank wasn’t venting and after the air was gone the fuel wouldn’t flow. I noticed when it quit the fuel filter was empty, and it was perfectly clean, I loosened the cap on the tank and you could watch the filter fill back up as the tank vented. I took a real small drill bit and opened the hole back up and the problem was solved.
