Up at 04:30AM with my bride, and we had coffee, then she was off to the truck company and the restaurant.
Last night we had to call the Electric company out as our electric meter started sparking. They came out and said some vines that grow up the side of the corner of the brick siding loosened the meter. They said the meter was okay after repairing it. But it was on us to remount it. Donna called an electrician that Andy knows, and he is coming out to take a look at it after work today.
Want to welcome our 152nd follower, Sue Castle, I couldn’t find a blog for her, so if you have one let us know Sue so we can list it for our other readers to visit you. Hope you enjoy the going’s on here at the Weeb Ranch as we go down the road to full timing and raising our little guy Rigg’s and the Grand’s. Never a dull moment around here.
Speaking of Rigg’s I had to give him his monthly treatment for fleas. You get a applicator and put drops along his spine from head to tail and then rub it in real good. He is usually not a happy camper afterwards and rolls around the floor for a day or so trying to rid himself of it. He knows the box the stuff comes in so I have to get it out and put the applicator in my pocket to get him near me to put it on.
It’s another gorgeous day here in Dardenne Prairie, ,sunny and temps in the 80’s, at night it goes down into the low 60’s. I could take this year round, maybe one of these days with a little moving around we will have it year round.
That’s about it for today. Hope everyone has a good weekend. Be safe out there. Sam & Donna..
Skittlez recognizes the box also so I have to trick her. And if she thinks she has to get her harness on - she is gone. Smart dogs. Scooter doesn't mind anything if it means she gets to go outside.
ReplyDeleteGonna be 96 here on Sunday, and boy we could use some rain..No rain until Monday though....Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the very warm welcome. I do have a blog, although it isn't dedicated to our travels. http://chasinrainbowstoo.blogspot.com/ In addition to our wandering, I am also a polymer clay artist (with a mini studio in our rig). We travel (for now)in a Keystone Montana/Big Sky Fifth Wheel. We are planning for full-timing in a few years when my hubby retires, and so follow along on other blogs/adventures to find good places to go, stay, visit, etc.
ReplyDeleteHe has been with his company long enough that we have managed to squeeze in a couple month long trips for this year and the first one went very well. The next will be our first trip Westward and we are really looking forward to that. Thanks again, I look forward to "traveling" along with you. Smiles, Sue C
Whats up Sam, You haven't posted since Friday? Hope everything is well.......miss ya.
ReplyDeleteWe have always used Frontline before, but now that the exclusive patent ran out on it, there are a lot of other brands now on the market with the same formula. We just bought the one with the applicator device, and will use it on July 1 when the dogs are due. Will let you know how they like it.
