Monday Meanderings.

Up early and Donna was off to the truck company, Then I took Nicole to school at 07:00AM. The weather has been pretty varied the last two days, Sat night we had bad thunderstorms, then Sunday it got up into the 70’s and the sun came out. Nicole decided to take her kite out to the side yard and fly it.

Sadie just watching the kite flying and waiting to be the center of attention again.

All in all Nicole had a blast and the kite lived to fly another day.

I am still concerned about getting the trailer ready for summer, if I fill it and flush the lines with water we may get one more freeze, it says 34 for Friday night, since we aren’t going anywhere this weekend I think I will wait. We have just had to much cold weather this year to let a couple nice days make you think it’s warm weather already.

Rigg’s is getting his afternoon nap on the kitchen floor waiting for his Mom to come home from work, Donna has an appointment with her heart specialist so we are waiting to see if all went well.

Not much else going on it was sunny all after noon, some rain this morning, now it looks like it is clouding up again. Typical weather for this time of the year, the ground is saturated though so even if I wanted to there will be no mowing until we get some sunny warm and windy days in a row to dry it up some.

Be safe out there. Sam & Donna..

  2. Best wishes for the dr's appointment. Looks like a fun spring day - I am reminded of a Winnie the Pooh story about Piglet being blown away in the wind.

  6. I'm not washing the pink stuff out of the RV quite yet, as we are supposed to be below freezing again this weekend. But St Louis will have warmer weather than we do here in KC.
