Saturday Mumblings.

Really late post today,We had rain and thunder storms all night, lots of rain, then about 10:00AM the sun came out and by noon it was in the 80’s and just a beautiful day.

I decided I would replace the rubber seals on the cover to my truck. Started to get all all the stuff I needed to do the job, cordless drill, bits, sharp knife, and then try as I might I couldn’t find my pop rivet gun, It has been on the door to my roll away cabinet for twenty years, and only gets used occasionally, I know it’s been 5 years or more since I used it. but it evidently just up and walked away. some packages of rivets were on the shelf but no tool. Don’t you just love it I asked my son if he had used it or if maybe someone borrowed it and he said no. So that was it. I didn’t feel like going to find a replacement so Sunday morning I will go to Lowes and see if they have one.

Andy & Samantha took the kid’s down to St Louis for some Motorcross Races.

I just stayed around the house and enjoyed the day. Donna left for the restaurant about 04:00PM .

That’s about it for today, Be safe out there. Sam &Donna….

  1. Trees budding and green grass growing. Sure looks better than the snowy photo header. You have an adorable little granddaughter!

  3. LOL back when we had our stick house all the tools seems to walk on it's own. Now in the RV we tend have better track of them and sticky fingers sons can't get to them. Seems that this Saturday was a quiet one for everyone... Hope for the same today!! I love Sundays....
