Tuesday Thoughts.

Was up at 04:30AM and had coffee with my bride. then she was off to the truck company.

Not much to write about today, it’s like having writers block. just trying to do a little of this and that getting ready for our week at the Rally.

I can’t wait until Donna gets off from the truck company Friday and then doesn’t have to be back for a week. Have to put a couple bottles of wine in the trailer and maybe I can talk her into having a glass in the evening while we are enjoying our vacation, I have already stocked the Miller High Life Life and a small bottle of Jagermeiftee for a sipper on one special night while were away. It only holds about 3 oz. but that stuff is powerful it will start a jet engine.

Had a Skype call from our friends PAUL & HELEN from Florida, it is always so nice to hear from them and how life is going for them, they are into planning and getting ready for there trip back to Mexico for the winter. I sure wish we could go with them. All is well with them and that is good, their three Labs are fine and we look forward to maybe seeing them in the Spring again.

Tomorrow I will fill the truck with fuel and make the grocery run, and finish what ever needs to be put in the five.

The anticipation of a week away is always so much fun, I hope we keep with the sunny and mild and warm weather we are having, the extended forecast for MO looks pretty good and no more storms are headed this way.

I see where our Canadian neighbors on the East coast got a hurricane and a tornado or two touched down in New York City. When I was a kid growing up out east the chance of a tornado hitting New York or Pa. was about the same as the Cubs winning a World Series. There must be something to the climate changes they are talking about.

Well that’s about it for today, Hope everyone is having a good week and be safe out there. Sam & Donna….

  1. Be careful now when you talk about the Cubs! :)

  2. You two need a nice week, a few wines and some Millers to unwind...Tell Donna that wine is great for the heart...at least that's what I tell myself...Post about your trip!

  3. It'll be good to see you and Donna off for a little trip again.
