Was up early for coffee with the bride, then Rigg’s and I got a little nap. Since the Rally is over and we are staying an extra day, we decided to do a little sightseeing in downtown Sedalia MO. I had never been here but I knew it had been a big railroad town with shops here for both the Missouri Pacific and the Katy Railroad.  Here are some of the sights we saw.
                        Downtown Main St.
             Old Hotels.
                      Katy Railroad Depot.
                      Amtrak/exMopac Depot.
                   Bench at the Katy Depot.
Sedalia is a big Scott Joplin town here’s Donna with one of his piano’s.
When we got back after filling the truck with $100 worth of diesel we took Rigg’s for a run over at the doggie park, He was of course thrilled with that and is now on the couch getting his rest. Mom is taking a nap too. For those of you that missed his (costume) for the doggie parade here is a better shot.
Tonight we are going to try and meet up with some fellow bloggers who are still here also.
We should be heading home later in the morning. after a great week.  Everyone be safe out there. Sam & Donna…

  1. That Scott Joplin piano is neat!! Yep, $100 for filling up with diesel is par for the course...You would think the government would invegtigate WHY!!! Have fun your last night in Chappie...travel safe.
