We were up and at em early. At 07:30AM we set the special Seas and Anchor Detail and got underway, heading East, Here’ some snaps of the drive. We headed straight across I-70 to Indianpolis and then North on Hwy31 to Lakeville. There was a lot of construction zones and all told we probably lost about an hour due to them.
Rigg’s enjoyed his job as Co-Pilot.
We arrived at the Beaver Ridge Family Camp Ground in Lakeville Indiana about 04:00PM , It is about 20 miles from Goshen so it will be an easy trip in the morning. This is Passport American Camp and is very clean and well arranged, the pool was still closed but it is well worth the $15 a night fare. It was sunny and hot all day for the trip, but we had rain and storms during the night.
Beaver Ridge Family Campground.
We will be leaving around 09:30AM to head to the Fairgrounds in Goshen to start the Rally and join the other fine folks on the Parking Detail. We are looking forward to this our second Escapade.
The travel day tuckered the Riggster out and he took over Dad’s recliner in the fiver for a good nap..
How about a Throwback.
Donna with our youngest Son Andrew about 1983.

Didn't realize you were to the Escapade again this year. How cool is that! Have fun. Wish we were around to join you.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it great to be back in your fiver again? Puts me in a whole better frame of mind just to walk in the door!
