Tuesday Thoughts..

Was up at 04:30AM with my pretty bride for coffee, then she was off to the truck company, Rigg’s and I caught a nap. and then I blogged for awhile.
Today turned out to be another nice sunny day with the highs in the mid 50’s. All of Sundays snow is gone.
The guttering company showed up to replace the gutters and then realized they didn’t bring enough guttering, so before they set everything up in the drive, they said the would be back and do it tomorrow. Boy bet someone will catch hell for that.
I think tonight we will have polish sausage for supper, we were going to make pasta and meat sauce. But we had Lasagna a couple days ago so I figured we could put off the past until Thursday, Tomorrow I will plan some great ham steaks we have been getting lately.
I just wish the days would go by faster and Donna would be through with her surgery and home well again. This waiting is nerve wracking. No use complaining, nobody likes to hear that.
Hope everyone is having a great week, and Al get that MH sold so you can get your new one, I think you have it priced to sell personally.
Be safe out there everyone, Sam & Donna….

  1. I don't feel like you are complaining you are just writing how you feel nothing wrong with that Sam - You both are in our thoughts and prayers always,

  2. I agree with Kenny & Angela. Writing how one feels will always be seen by some as complaining. Pay them no heed. Say what you feel....more people need to do that. And, good for you in getting things out in this time of stress.

  4. Personally, I think the waiting for the procedure is harder than having it done. My thoughts are with you both.

  5. Hey Sam, waiting is the worst part, especially when it's a planned medical procedure of any kind. I certainly can relate to your distress and would never see you as a complainer. You are honest and not afraid to share how you feel. Fine qualities these days. Don't forget to put the dumper out. Tomorrow is trash day again...I gotta remember to do that, myself!

  6. i hate the waiting. Got no patience. Anxiety levels sky rocket. Gets harder to distract thoughts each day of waiting. at least it's warm enough to get out of the house for a bit.

Take care the both of you.

    Blessings

  7. You're not a complainer Sam, just a man who loves his bride and is not afraid to show it. Love that about you.

Russ is out rolling the cans now...he forgot!!

  8. If you are complaining I can't imagine how much whining I've done. And I agree with Donna - you love your wife and you're worried about her. I think that's a special and wonderful thing. Especially in this day and age when love doesn't seem to be as precious as it really is. Hold her tight when she's at home and the days are passing. Hang in there. Hugs.
