Wednesday Musings

Got up to a rainy morning, Donna had already been up, had coffee and was getting ready for work. She had the truck company & the restaurant today, so it will be another long day for her.

Not much for me to accomplish, I have to replace the tube in a halogen fixture over the outside of the garage door on my side, the lights have a skinny halogen tube in a square housing and are mounted over each door. They provide yard lighting of the parking area and pad for the trailer.

Aside from that and some inside stuff it will be a slow day, even if the sun comes out it will be too wet for the tractor so I will put off any cutting, Maybe tomorrow.

No pictures today, I am trying to find a clear plastic replacement slide for the screen door on the 5th wheel, The one that came with it is real flimsy and doesn't stay on the track when the door is opened and closed, even though it has a built in handle if you pull or push on it it pulls right out of the track. I have seen the clear and smoked plastic ones and they seem like they are made out of a heavier material so I am now searching online RV parts for one to order.

The screen protector I installed prior to my trip worked as advertised as Rigg's tried to push the screen door open, and without the protector  he would have went right through the plastic screen material.

Anyway the big decision for now is what i will make for dinner for one. Be safe out there. Sam & Donna.

  1. Some days are like that... just catch up on the little things. Pat Riggs on the head, scratch behind his ear, and take a nap. Sounds good to me.

  2. Yep..we all have those days when nothing out of the ordinary is going on but we all have those little things to catch up on.
I second what Karen said..."pat Riggs on the head, scratch behind his ears, and take a nap." Great ideas Karen and I bet Riggs agrees.

    Take care!
