Well we were up early, and got off at 07:30am with a full tank of fuel and nice weather.
C’mon Dad I’m in a hurry to leave.
Okay one nice pose and let’s go.
Rigg’s was really wound up as soon as he saw he was going in the truck with the trailer. so we headed east to hook up with I-70.
We Rigg’s helped Donna with the co-pilot duties and managed to keep Sam’s shoulder well lubricated with slobber.
We headed into Illinois from Missourri on I-270 over the Mississippi River Bridge.
Welcome to Illinois.
After motoring across the Land of Lincoln we entered the State of Indiana on I-70, but Donna missed the Welcome sign, because we were passing a truck.
Little Farm RV Resort
We arrived as the Little Farm RV Resort in Rising Sun IN. at about 02:45PM, our time or 03:325pm IN time. Right after pulling into our pull through space. Thunder and lightening started and we had a heck of a shower, Sam of course hadn’t finished setting up yet so he got wet, but it did lower the temp from 85 to 78 degrees, the trailer inside was 92 from pulling it almost 350 mies in90plus heat so the A/C had to be set at heavy stun.
About a half hour after it started the rain stopped and Adam headed out on his bike to meet new friend’s and solve all the days problems.
Sam was wipped so he sat down and sat down and started this post, they advertise wi-fi but here in the trailer we haven’t had enough signal to connect.
since it has been a long travel day we will say, be safe out there. Sam & Donna.
Glad to hear you got to Indiana safely, Sam and Donna!

Love Riggen's million dollar smile. That is one happy camper with the slobber to prove it.
ReplyDeleteDon't you hate it when you're looking forward to wi-fi, but it just won't connect? Ugggg! I have a love/hate relationship with technology.

Thanks for taking us along on your trip to the campground in Indiana. The CG wifi doesn't connect? I'm starting to be more surprised when it does, that's why we got a Verizon aircard for traveling.
ReplyDeleteWe were a little worried about your travel..big storms across Missouri...Glad to hear you are safe and sound...kisses to Riggs..
ReplyDeleteGood job getting to Indiana! :)
ReplyDeleteI think Riggs was more excited about going on the trip then anybody.
ReplyDeleteHave a good time and try to stay cool..I think Miller will help with that.
